¡Hola! I’m María, a Product (UX/UI) designer based in Barcelona with a background in electronic and telecommunication engineering. I hold a master’s degree in telecommunication engineering and began my career in operations and customer support.
Throughout my early career, I was deeply involved in the post-launch phases of products, working directly with users and gathering invaluable feedback. This experience taught me the importance of listening, adapting, and being proactive, skills that became the foundation of my passion for user experience design.
With over 10 years of expertise in customer communication, process optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration, I’ve honed my skills in crafting user-centric solutions. My work spans B2B companies specializing in SaaS products for web and mobile applications, where I’ve leveraged Design Thinking and Agile methodologies to deliver impactful, user-focused designs that are accessible, ethical, and engaging.
Currently, I’m part of Siemens, contributing to the digital transformation of their simulation and testing products in the SaaS domain.
